Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By using this service, you agree not to reproduce or extract any vehicle data from our website or mobile applications without consent from us in writing. You agree not to use any 'screen scraping' software or any other automated system to extract or reproduce vehicle data displayed on our website or mobile applications.
Purchases
If you are a consumer, your purchase may be protected by applicable UK consumer law, including (where relevant) the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your payment card number, the expiration date of your payment card, your billing address, and your contact information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any payment card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You expressly agree that GRZA Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the submission of false or inaccurate information.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
Premium Reports
Premium vehicle reports are provided on a per-vehicle basis and are delivered digitally (typically immediately). We provide access to compiled vehicle information from third-party sources. We do not create or own the underlying source data and we do not control the accuracy or availability of third-party databases.
Digital Content / Immediate Supply
When you purchase a premium report, you expressly request immediate supply of digital content. By ticking the Terms & Conditions checkbox at checkout and completing payment, you confirm you want the report delivered immediately and you acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost once delivery begins, as permitted by applicable consumer law.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate delivery of reports, all sales are normally final. However, we may issue a refund at our discretion where there has been a duplicate payment, a technical error, or where the report cannot be delivered. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Data Sources, Ownership and Accuracy
We source vehicle data from official UK government databases including DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) and DVLA (Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency), and from third-party data providers (including via APIs). We do not own the underlying third-party data. Information is provided as supplied by these sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors. While we strive to present data accurately, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
No Advice / Information Only
The Service provides information only. We do not provide legal, financial, valuation, or purchasing advice. You should not rely on the Service as the sole basis for making a decision to buy, sell, insure, or value a vehicle. Where appropriate, obtain independent checks and professional advice.
Vehicle Valuations
Premium reports may include market valuation estimates where available from our third-party data providers. Valuations are not guaranteed for all vehicles.
Valuation data may be unavailable for certain vehicle types including commercial vehicles, recently registered vehicles, specialist vehicles, or vehicles with limited market data. The absence of valuation information does not affect the validity or completeness of other data provided in your report.
Where valuations are provided, they are estimates based on current market conditions and should be used for guidance only. Actual vehicle values may vary based on condition, location, mileage, and market demand.
Vehicle Images and Visual Content
We may display vehicle images sourced from third-party providers and databases. These images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
For free vehicle checks: Vehicle images displayed on our website are sourced from various third-party databases and may not accurately represent the specific vehicle you are searching for. We do not guarantee that the displayed image matches the actual vehicle's appearance, colour, condition, or specifications. These images are provided for general reference only.
For premium reports: Premium vehicle reports may include images of the vehicle if available from our data sources. However, we do not guarantee that:
- Images from previous advertisements or sales listings will be included in your report
- Images showing accident damage or insurance write-off conditions will be available, even if the vehicle has been recorded as an insurance write-off
- Any images included accurately represent the current condition of the vehicle
Vehicle images are subject to availability from third-party sources and may not be present in all reports. The absence of images does not affect the validity or completeness of the vehicle data provided in the report.
MOT and Tax Reminders
Our reminder service is provided as a courtesy to premium report purchasers. Reminders are sent based on the MOT and tax expiry dates available at the time of your report purchase. It is your responsibility to verify these dates and ensure your vehicle remains compliant with UK road traffic laws.
We are not liable for any penalties, fines, or consequences arising from failure to receive, act upon, or respond to reminder notifications.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by GRZA Ltd.
GRZA Ltd has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that GRZA Ltd shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Complaints
If you have a complaint, please contact us via our contact form with details of your order and the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
